Furniture Skylift
Hoist a two-seat sofa through staggered apartment windows. The L and R ends have separate winches. Raise one end by one floor, or sway BOTH ends one column left/right. The sofa may tilt by one floor; a two-floor difference spills it. Red shutters cannot be occupied by either end. The openings alternate between columns 2–3 and 3–4, so a level sofa cannot simply move straight up: raise the leading end, sway while tilted, then raise the trailing end. Deliver both ends into the top opening (columns 3–4) within sixteen actions. The winches hold position between moves; there is no gravity timer.
